We have four types of legal fees depending on cases:
retainer fee;
contingent fee;
fixed fee;
hourly rate fee.
We may also use mixed these fee arrangements, for example, a fixed fee up front plus a contingent fee. The appropriate type of fee varies from case to case. We would like to decide how we get paid by a client after mutual consultation.

In any case, we conclude retainer agreement or delegation agreement with our clients in order to clarify how we calculate the legal fees. In some cases, we set the maximum price limits to prevent unexpected payment and we discuss every time we exceed the limits.
